With all the furor over certain additions to this list, I was a bit relieved when I glanced at today’s selection and noticed that it was a pick which would be unlikley to raise much fuss.   This is another legend, some consider it ‘the legend’ of Christmas.  It was an obvious inclusion, though I admit I have more songs ranked ahead of it than most traditional lists.  The version of the song was a no-brainer, considering it is the top selling single of any genre ever.  Though, I also adore Louis Armstrong’s take.
